With 136,000-plus readers, Buffalo Spree Magazine is a national-award-winning monthly magazine and Western New York’s only city and regional magazine. Now in its 45th year of publishing, Spree focuses on the arts, entertainment, fine dining, local history, local events, and local people.
The photograph featured at the beginning of Spree‘s “On the Town” section below was taken by Romanian photographer Bogdan Bousca from the Critical Information Collective. It is part of the Climate Change, System Change, Personal Change show at the ¡Buen Vivir! Gallery. Spree’s write-up about the exhibit is included after Bousca’s photograph. [Orin Langelle has six photos in this exhibit under the Struggles for Justice section.]
Climate Change, System Change, Personal Change opens with a reception (wine and hors d’oeuvres) on First Friday, March 4th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the ¡Buen Vivir! Gallery for Contemporary Art, 148 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo. It runs through April 29th.
